The Sussex Tree Company

We have worked with, Nick Eddison of The Sussex Tree Company for many years. He has helped us manage our trees and hedges, including planting, shaping, height management and thinning. He can also turn his hand to tree protection, fencing, and is very helpful in suggesting plants or tree types that might work well in the garden.

The Sussex Tree Company have recently undertaken consultancy work at St. Bernadette’s to meet the school’s long-term tree management objectives. The initial work was an extensive arboricultural survey of the wide range of trees in the school grounds, which was presented to the school as a comprehensive tree management plan, with an action plan of maintenance going forward. This report has given the school the tools to plan and budget for its tree management effectively in the coming years.

The Sussex Tree Company have carried out a number of quite large scale tree surgery projects on the various St Johns sites. Nick and anyone he has had working with him have been sensitive to the needs of the students, and they have carried out their work diligently, efficiently and with a good attention to detail.

We have used The Sussex Tree Company for many years now as Arboricultural Consultants, providing Safety Reports and Tree Condition Surveys for all types of site, big or small and for individual tree Hazard Assessment reports.
